Job Summary
PEARL provisions tipples is seeking skilled and enthusiastic Bartenders to join our team.
The ideal candidates will have a passion for mixology and providing exceptional service. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting beverages, managing the bar area, and ensuring guests satisfaction while adhering to all health and safety regulations.
Duties
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and guest preferences.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces.
- Take guest orders efficiently and accurately, providing recommendations when necessary.
- Manage cash operations, including processing payments and handling cash transactions.
- Monitor inventory levels of beverages and supplies, advising management as needed to ensure stock availability.
- Comply with all food handling and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
- Engage with guests in a friendly manner, creating a welcoming atmosphere that encourages repeat business.
Skills
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a busy environment.
- Experience in restaurant or bar settings is preferred, with knowledge of fine dining standards being a plus.
- Basic math skills for measuring ingredients.
- Familiarity with cash point-of-sale systems.
- Knowledge of food handling practices to ensure compliance with health regulations.
- Previous bartending experience is highly desirable.
