Are you a skilled Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) looking for a rewarding career? We have an amazing opportunity across our two new and cutting-edge ambulatory surgical centers in the Central and West parts of Portland.

We are looking for a dynamic CST to support physicians and staff in rendering professional, high quality care to patients undergoing surgical procedures in our fast-paced ambulatory surgery centers.

What You’ll Do :

As a Certified Surgical Technologist , you’ll play a vital role in ensuring smooth surgical operations by :

  • Preparing the operating room with the necessary instruments and sterile supplies, following physician preference.
  • Assisting surgeons during procedures with precision and efficiency.
  • Maintaining adherence to strict sterile techniques and protocols.
  • Supporting our multi-specialty team in providing exceptional patient care.

What We’re Looking For :

Requirements :

  • Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required at date of hire.
  • Graduate of a Surgical Technician training program or equivalent.
  • NBSTSA certification required.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Two (2) years minimum experience as a surgical technologist (robotic-assisted and laparoscopic surgery experience preferred).
  • Knowledge of Sterile Processing Department (SPD).

    • Other Skills :

  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated.
  • Strong collaborative and teamwork skills.
  • Understanding of operating room protocols and sterile techniques.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Willingness to learn new procedures and work with all specialties.
