Job Summary
Fast growing cosmetics & accessories wholesale company is looking for a driven, positive, and energetic individual that is detail-oriented, fast-paced, prioritizing workflow efficiency and has knowledge of Microsoft Excel and QuickBooks. Will train the deserving candidates for day-to-day work activities.
Responsibilities:
- Assist supervisor with all aspects of Logistics, Imports, Data Entry & General Admin work.
- Enter PO’s, Bills, etc. in QuickBooks
- Make invoices in QuickBooks and send to customers.
- Routing of orders, creating packing lists, labels, and bill of ladings for shipping. Knowledge of EDI preferred.
- Answer phones and Carry out necessary administrative duties as required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $48,000.00 - $57,634.00 per year
