Salary :
1,300 - $1,700 per month, depending on experience and qualifications.
Work Schedule :
50 hours per week, with flexibility required to handle critical issues as they arise.
Time Zone :
Primarily PST, with flexibility across various time zones for coordination as needed.

They do this by removing barriers for international nurses to immigrate and build a career in the United States, and we are on track to help 300 nurses immigrate by the end of next year (2025). Role Overview
The Chief of Staff will primarily support the COO in strategic projects and administrative tasks that drive revenue growth, but will also provide assistance across other departments as needed. This role involves working closely with the CEO, the co-founder and COO, to drive strategic initiatives, manage various tasks, and enhance the overall efficiency and effectiveness of his work. The ideal candidate is a capable generalist that is highly organized, can learn things extremely quickly, and a strong communicator.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Support :
Collaborate with the COO to drive key strategic initiatives and ensure their successful implementation.
Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
Manage the COO’s calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
Serve as a point of contact for the Sales team and assist with various departmental needs.
Take on miscellaneous tasks as required to support the COO and the broader team.
