About the Role:
As the first smile patients see when they walk in and the friendly voice they hear when they call, you'll be the face and heart of our office. Your mission: to create the ultimate patient experience while keeping the office running like a well-oiled machine. If you’re outgoing, detail-oriented, and love a challenge, this is the role for you!
What You’ll Do:
- Be the go-to person for greeting patients with a friendly first-name hello and making them feel at home.
- Manage the phones like a pro—scheduling, confirming, and keeping the doctors and hygienists booked.
- Keep insurance on point: verifications, claims, attachments, and narratives are your jam.
- Help patients navigate billing questions with a smile and a solution.
- Follow up with unscheduled recare and treatment appointments like a boss.
- Create an upbeat, welcoming environment that puts patients at ease.
About You:
- You’ve got 2-3 years of experience in dental (bonus points for insurance skills).
- Your communication and organizational skills are next-level.
- You’re self-motivated, professional, and always bring your A-game.
- You’re driven to be the best in your role and make a difference for our patients.
