Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service while assisting patients with their needs.
- Educate patients on the various frame and lens materials
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation as required.
- Analyze Eyeglass and contact lens prescriptions.
- Apply retail math skills to manage inventory and sales transactions effectively.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance sales strategies and improve customer satisfaction.
- Strong customer service skills: communicator and listener
- Dedicated to building patient relationships
- Strong basic math skills
- Awareness of and passion for current eyewear trends
- Embrace new technology & change
- Answering phones
Requirements
- Proven experience in retail sales.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members.
