Overview
I am seeking 2 dedicated and reliable Female Taxi Drivers to join my Female Owned and Female Operated Company. The ideal candidates will possess excellent driving skills and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. As a Taxi Driver, you will be responsible for transporting passengers safely and efficiently to their desired destinations while ensuring a pleasant and respectful experience throughout the journey.
Duties
- Safely operate the taxi vehicle while adhering to all traffic laws and regulations.
- Pick up passengers at designated locations and drop them off at their requested destinations.
- Maintain a clean and well-maintained vehicle, ensuring it is in good working condition.
- Assist passengers with loading and unloading luggage or personal items as needed.
- Provide excellent customer service by being courteous, friendly, and professional at all times.
- Navigate efficiently using GPS or maps to find the quickest routes.
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers regarding availability and any issues encountered during trips.
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Experience in driving, Uber or Lyft drivers welcomed.
- Strong knowledge of local streets, neighborhoods, and traffic patterns.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle difficult situations professionally.
- Must pass any required background checks or screenings as mandated by local regulations.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $20.16 - $21.75 per hour
