3,600 per 24-hour shift (Mon & Tue, 7 : 30 AM - 3 : 30 PM) 16 hours home call (3 : 30 PM - 7 : 30 AM). $400 / hour for in-house overtime
On-Call Coverage :
4,000 for a 5-day week (Wed 7 : 30 AM - Mon 7 : 30 AM). $450 / hour for callbacks (6-hour minimum)
Requirements :
Dual board certification in anesthesiology & cardiac anesthesia
Proven experience with TAVR procedures
