This is a 3-month contracting position Hybrid in Los Angeles, CA
Responsibilities:
Compensation Range: $65K - $70K

The Role: Creator Partnerships Manager
This is a 3-month contracting position Hybrid in Los Angeles, CA
Responsibilities:
- Sourcing and Expertise: Be part of leading the influencer sourcing process, utilizing our proprietary and third-party tool like CreatorIQ.
- Strategic Identification: Find the perfect influencer for campaigns to maximize ROI and meet client deliverables and goals.
- Data Driven Insights: Use analytics and qualitative data to position talent effectively to clients.
- Industry Relationships: Build and maintain relationships with influencers and their managers/agents.
- CrossTeam Communication: Collaborate with our Account Management, Campaign Management, Creative, Media Strategy, and Sales teams to align influencer needs and recommendations.
- Experience: At least 4 years in influencer marketing, sourcing and casting influencers, in addition to negotiating and contracting creators and managing campaign budgets. Deep understanding of the creator and influencer UGC landscape with digital media creative and development
- Diverse Sourcing: Comfortable sourcing a wide range of talent, from athletes to TV/Film and tech. Demonstrated experience in identifying creator categories, personas, and proper fits against brand marketing initiatives and objectives
- Skills: Ability to write client-facing collateral for presentations and proposals. Excellent project management skills, with the ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Platform Expertise: You have a thorough understanding and user of major social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, TikTok, Snap, Twitter, YouTube)
- Time Management: You are organized and have the ability to prioritize what’s important.
- Entrepreneurial Spirit: You can work independently but also with a team in a fast-changing environment
- Startup Experience: Previous experience in a startup environment.
- Tech and Influencer Enthusiasm: Excited about new tech and platform
- In the know: Familiar with social media trends, pop culture, and social media best practices
Compensation Range: $65K - $70K
Salary : $65,000 - $70,000
