Compensation
Base Salary: $130,000 – $170,000

Key Responsibilities
- Lead Talent Sales Transformation: Define and execute a strategy to structure the talent team as a top-tier sales unit, focused on driving revenue.
- Establish Sales Frameworks: Create and implement processes, KPIs, and strategies that prioritize measurable sales outcomes.
- Design Operational Tools: Build playbooks, CRM systems, and tracking mechanisms to streamline deal flow and performance analysis.
- Boost Revenue Performance: Manage pipelines, forecasts, and growth targets to keep revenue climbing steadily.
- Partner with Leadership: Work hand-in-hand with senior leaders to sync talent sales with Pearpop’s overarching goals and vision.
- Empower the Team: Provide the talent team with resources and systems to succeed in delivering results-driven campaigns for clients.
- Minimum of 5 years in sales enablement, operations, or leadership roles, preferably within tech, media, or creative industries.
- Demonstrated success in designing sales processes and tools that accelerate revenue growth.
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales pipeline management.
- Ability to think strategically and turn high-level goals into practical, effective sales plans.
- Strong interpersonal skills for partnering with diverse teams and leadership.
- Interest in the creator economy or influencer marketing is a bonus.
- Adaptability to excel in a dynamic, high-growth startup environment.
