Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the product roadmap for Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM (Sales, Service, Marketing).
- Work closely with engineering, sales, marketing, and customer support to deliver CRM solutions that align with business goals.
- Gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into CRM features and integrations.
- Lead CRM automation initiatives to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and enhance customer engagement.
- Collaborate with technical teams on custom development, API integrations, and system enhancements.
- Monitor CRM performance, user adoption, and key business metrics to drive continuous improvement.
- Ensure CRM compliance with data security, privacy regulations, and best practices.
- Manage vendor relationships and oversee third-party CRM tool integrations.
What You’ll Bring
- 5 years of Product Management experience, with at least 3 years in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.
- Strong knowledge of CRM automation, integrations, workflows, and reporting tools (Power BI, Power Automate, Azure).
- Exceptional stakeholder management and the ability to collaborate across departments.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience using data for product decision-making.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field (preferred).
