Summary
Maintain a service territory and work independently in field driven capacity to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction. Responsible for the care and maintenance of field installed business equipment.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
· Accurately diagnose, repair and maintain equipment and accessories in optimum operating condition within manufacturers published electrical, mechanical and copy quality specifications.
· Maintain customer satisfaction through ongoing needs analysis and equipment performance feedback.
· Properly schedule calls to appropriately manage response time.
· Perform scheduled preventative maintenance routines, adhering to factory specification on all customer equipment.
· Initiate all purchase requests to keep stock items available at all times.
· Responsible to follow Service Expectations.
· Enter call information into software in a complete and timely manner.
· Responsible for gaining required documentation for warranty claims.
· Physical inventory counts on car stock as necessary and maintain inventory of car stock.
· Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Education and/or Experience: High school diploma or general education degree (GED); and two or more years of prior experience in office equipment Service Technician; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Language Skills: Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
Mathematical Skills: Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
Reasoning Ability: Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.

Travel Requirements: This position will require travel to client locations in our geographical territory. This position will consist of approximately 25% travel within a 75 mile radius.
