Responsibilities
- The role of the Product Manager, Bronte Authoring, will own the workspace used by Pearson Higher Education to produce world-class learning resources for direct instruction and immersive practice.
- Working under the guidance of the Manager, Product Management and in the company of other product managers, you bring new products, features and functionality to market as part of a cross-functional team with experienced designers and engineers.
- Develop and articulate a clear product vision and supporting roadmap that is aligned with the company’s mission and goals.
- Advocate for a deep understanding of user personas and needs and collaborate with learning experience and UX / UI designers to ensure a seamless and intuitive user experience.
- Work closely with engineering, design, production, research and business teams to drive product development from ideation to delivery.
- Elaborate product requirements and data-driven success criteria.
- Embrace agile methodologies to deliver incremental value to users.
- Prioritize and manage the product backlog using product data and analytics to ensure the team is focused on high-impact, high-value features.
- Drive innovation and constant improvement, leveraging new and emerging technologies to enhance our products and user experience.
- Clearly communicate product vision, strategy, and progress to stakeholders.
