Core Tasks And Responsibilities
Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of multiple projects
- Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant internal stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
- Collaborate with correct business partners to ensure resource availability and allocation
- Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
- Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques
- Report and escalate to management as needed
- Manage the relationship with the teams, business partners and relevant stakeholders
- Perform risk management to minimize potential risks
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
- Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals
- Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients as well as other staff members
- Support Change Management process by documenting requested changes, assessing their impact, and peppering necessary documentation for CAB meeting.
- Use and continually develop leadership skills
- Help identify opportunities for internal process improvements
- Provide informal guidance or leadership support to colleagues with less experience
- Influence colleagues internally and external to follow best process practices
- Perform other related duties as assigned
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field
- Proven working experience in project management (5 years)
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
- Ability independently work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Understanding commonly known PM methodologies
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Experience with project management software tools (JIRA, Confluence Smartsheet)
