Job Summary:
Peas in a Pod Learning Center, a Christian daycare in a brand-new facility, is seeking a dynamic and personable Enrollment Specialist to join our dedicated team. This role involves enrolling new students, representing our daycare at community events to connect with prospective families, and providing occasional classroom support. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and organizational skills, a passion for early childhood education, and the ability to build positive relationships with families in a faith-based environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Student Enrollment:
- Guide families through the enrollment process, including scheduling tours, answering questions, and completing enrollment documentation.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student enrollment.
Community Engagement:
- Represent Peas in a Pod Learning Center at external events to promote our programs and recruit prospective families.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with community partners.
Administrative Tasks:
- Utilize software platforms such as LineLeader, Google Sheets, Word, and Canva to manage enrollment data, create marketing materials, and organize reports.
- Maintain detailed and organized electronic records.
Classroom Support:
- Assist in classrooms as needed to support teachers and maintain a positive learning environment.
- Foster a nurturing, educational, and safe environment for children that aligns with our Christian values.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in enrollment, sales, customer service, or early childhood education preferred.
- Proficiency in programs such as LineLeader, Google Sheets, Microsoft Word, and Canva.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively.
- Must pass required background checks and meet state licensing requirements.
- Must have reliable transportation.
