- Childcare and Supervision:

- Assist children with basic needs such as dressing, eating, and using the restroom.
- Assessment and Reporting:
- Observe and assess children's development, progress, and learning needs.
- Maintain accurate records of children's progress and communicate with parents regularly.
- Identify and address any developmental delays or concerns.
- Communication and Collaboration:
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
- Communicate effectively with parents about their child's progress and development.
