Experience preferred—on the job training is available. Strong ability to multi-task. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Ability to carry food, trays, containers and heavy kitchenware, pots and pans. Minimum age of 16.
Work well under pressure. Must maintain a positive attitude and be a team player.
Customer Service
- Being attentive to ensure excellent response time and great service at all times.
- Must work well under pressure and have stamina during the peak service periods.
- Work with cooks and chef on proper techniques and dishwashing standards.
- Assist by observing processes, procedures and written instructions so all line kitchen prep assistants, cooks and chefs are able to perform their responsibilities.
- Work with restaurant manager, chef, cooks, back of house supervisor, kitchen prep assistants, bussers and other dishwashers.
- Enforce hygiene and sanitation protocols, maintain clean and safe environment.
- Adress issues or concerns related to quality or service promptly and effectively.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $13.75 - $14.50 per hour
Expected hours: 20 minimum and up to 40 per week in season
