Host/Hostess
Experience preferred. Ability to multi-task. Excellent customer service, attitude
and communication skills. Ability to carry trays of food/drinks. Minimum age of 18. Work well under pressure. Maintain a positive attitude and be a solid team player.
Customer Service
- Being attentive to ensure excellent service at all times, including welcoming guests immediately upon their arrival and seating them at the first available clean and prepared table. Being attentive to the needs of our guests and servers at all times.
- Maintain your post at Host station. Always very close—immediately greet guests.
- Must work well under pressure and have stamina during the peak service periods.
- Work with other assistants on proper techniques and presentation standards.
- Assist by observing processes, procedures and written instructions so all servers and server assistants are able to consistently perform responsibilities.
- Work with restaurant manager as well as front of house supervisor, bartenders, servers, server assistants and other host(ess).
- Enforce hygiene and sanitation protocols, maintain clean and safe environment.
- Adress issues or concerns related to quality or service promptly and effectively.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $6.50 per hour plus shared tips from servers
