The Floral Designer is responsible for creative, consistent, yet quick setup of all floral pieces. Also, needs to have the ability to create exceptional one-off arrangements for focal areas in hotel guest areas, weddings and special occasions.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Must be capable of fast paced work especially when creating copy work for multiple events.
- Needs to have the creative ability to construct exceptional one-off pieces for focal areas in the hotel, weddings and other special events.
- Deliver and setup floral and event décor items in a timely and safe manner.
- Create a positive work environment for the department.
- Maintain a neat, organized and safe work environment.
- Full working knowledge and understanding of the floral industry.
- Knows models and integrates Pebble Beach Company culture (mission, values, and standards).
- Comply with the Pebble Beach Company safety and health policies and procedures.
Absolutely Required Skills:
- Knowledge and ability to setup floral arrangements, linens, props and other event décor.
- Must be an effective yet positive communicator.
- Ability to safely lift and move large, heavy floral and event décor.
- Must have at least 2 years working knowledge within the floral industry.
- Ability to drive a large cargo vehicle.
- Have and maintain valid California driver’s license with 2 (two) points or less.
- High school diploma or equivalent
