The Lead Juice Bar Coordinator is to exceed the expectations of our guests, produce optimum sales and all while maintaining the culture of Pebble Beach Company.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Train new juice bar coordinators.
- Inventory and plan food orders needed from the Lodge each day so that the Juice Bar is properly stocked with food both from the kitchen and from our produce vendors. Provide manager with a daily breakdown of items that need to be ordered.
- Work with F&B cost control to ensure recipes are adhered to and food cost is maintained.
- Ensure all equipment is properly maintained and sanitized.
- Maintain spoilage log.
- Greet and assist guests at the juice bar on a daily basis and provide prompt and professional personalized customer service (making specialty juice and smoothie drinks, specialty coffee, and salads, answering questions pertaining to the Spa, selling merchandise and spa services, answering questions related to the rest of the resort, etc.) Requires the ability to speak and understand English fluently.
- Provide nutritional information on the items offered at the Juice Bar.
- Provide guidance and information on nutritional supplements for smoothies (examples: protein powder, maca root, chia seed).
- Offer wellness related information as requested by guests.
- Design smoothie and juice drink recipes as directed.
- Design and implement “juice cleanse” drinks, protocol and marketing for locals.
- Open and close juice bar as directed by supervisor; flexibility in shift availability required.
- Assist with placing room service orders as needed. Interface positively with room service team, providing a seamless guest experience.
- Operate cash register and credit card machine to complete customer transactions. Associates are accountable for accurate cash handling and required to ensure that their cash drawer is precisely balanced daily.
- Conduct physical inventory each month of juice bar products as directed by Manager. Requires basic but accurate counting and mathematical skills.
- Maintain open and timely communication with manager and supervisors regarding inventory levels.
- Always display professional and courteous conduct and behavior with associates and guests.
- Ensure supplies (cleaning, cooking, sanitizing, stocking, etc.) are always available and maintained.
- Drive EZ Go cart to Lodge to pick up products for the day.
- Be a team player and assist other teammates when needed.
- Adhere to scheduled shifts that will vary seasonally based on resort occupancy and special events.
- Answer telephone calls per the Pebble Beach Company standard.
- Maintain excellent housekeeping standards in the juice bar by sweeping, mopping, cleaning windows, wiping down counters, wiping down tables, sanitizing prep areas, organizing storage areas and ensuring all walkways are free from clutter and potential tripping hazards repeatedly throughout the day.
- Follow and comply with applicable State of CA Health and Sanitation procedures.
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor and follow through on supervisor requests in a timely manner.
- Always uphold the dress code as stated in the Pebble Beach Company handbook and always maintain a professional and clean appearance.
- Spot cleaning windows and mopping floors when needed.
- Comply with all Pebble Beach Company safety and health policies and procedures.
- Attendance in the workplace is an essential function of this position.
Absolutely Required Skills:
- Basic math skills required.
- Able to lift 25-35lbs.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Food safety certification within 30 days of employment.
- RBS (Reasonable Beverage Service) certification within 3 months of employment.
- High school diploma or equivalent and must be 21 years of age.
