Parking Attendant - The Lodge (Temporary)

The Parking Attendant will keep the loading dock area clear and safe by directing traffic in a friendly manner.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Directing traffic, answering questions/directions from drive traffic.
• Assisting guests across street, answering questions from pedestrians.
• Greeting guests upon their arrival and directing/guiding them along path of travel.
• Controlling crosswalks, parking lots, and sidewalks; ensuring guest safety.
• Providing information for restaurants and retail locations.
• Knows, models and integrates PBC culture (mission, values, and standards).
• Comply with the Pebble Beach Company safety and health policies and procedures.

Absolutely Required Skills: 

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to give clear and concise directions.
• Warm and outgoing personality.
• Must be well informed about the resort, local area, PBC restaurants, PBC services and attractions.
• Able to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.

Desired Skills:

• High school diploma or equivalent work experience.
