Job Description
- Ensure the highest quality preparation of fine cuisine in our restaurant and special events.
- Lead a team of kitchen staff, providing guidance and support to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Develop and implement effective training programs for kitchen staff.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
Requirements
- A graduate degree from an accredited culinary program or equivalent experience.
- Unexpired Sanitation certification and excellent cooking and supervisory skills.
- Knowledge of all stations and broad knowledge of varied cuisines.
- Able to present cooking demonstrations and proficient in MS Office Suite.
