About the Role :
As our Website Designer / Graphic Designer / Presentation Specialist, you'll be a one-stop shop for all things visually communicative. You'll craft compelling written content, design eye-catching graphics, and build presentations that captivate audiences. Think of yourself as a creative Swiss Army knife, ready to tackle any project that comes your way.
Your Responsibilities Will Include :
- Website Design :
- Create responsive templates for desktops, laptops, mobile devices and tablets.
- Design and implement website layouts, logos and branding in alignment with the brand values and target audience.
- Stay updated with the latest industry updates and trends in website design.
- Designing UI elements such as input controls, navigational components, and informational components
- Creating original graphic designs (e.g. images, sketches, and tables)
- Graphic Design :
- Proficiently using industry-standard design software like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Canva, and Figma.
- Maintaining brand consistency across all visual assets.
- Presentation Specialist :
- Designing presentation slides that are visually appealing, informative, and persuasive.
- Mastering presentation software like Microsoft PowerPoint.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in content creation, graphic design, or presentation design (a blend of all three is a major plus!).
- Strong writing skills with a knack for storytelling and crafting engaging copy.
- A keen eye for design and the ability to create visuals that are both beautiful and effective.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Figma, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience using front-end frameworks.
- Ability to translate requirements and convert mockups into fully interactive digital experiences using HTML / CSS and JavaScript
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- A collaborative spirit and a willingness to work closely with different teams.
- A passion for learning and staying ahead of the curve in all things creative.
- Hand-code HTML using semantic markup, CSS layout, and positioning
- Experience with front-end framework Zurb Foundation.
- Experience with video editing and animation software.
- Experience with content creation - writing articles, blog posts, social media captions, website copy, and other marketing materials that inform and inspire.
- Understanding of SEO and content marketing principles.
- Familiarity with our industry or target audience.
