Position Overview: As a key member of our team, you will play an essential role in delivering top-tier electrical solutions to our diverse client base. Whether you're working on a luxury home, a commercial space, or a complex industrial project, your skills will help shape the future of our business. We’re seeking someone who brings technical expertise, a strong work ethic, and a passion for continuous learning and improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

*Provide high-quality electrical installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting for residential, commercial, industrial, and AV projects. *Collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, foreman, and other team members to ensure seamless project execution. *Ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and company procedures. *Perform inspections and system testing, providing thorough reports and recommendations. *Use all company software for clocking in and out, and tracking the progress of jobs, with detailed note taking and communication skills. *Install, configure, and troubleshoot audio-visual systems, including wiring, control systems, and integration. *Assist in maintaining and repairing electrical systems and components. *Work according to all of the company core values and mission statement daily. *Maintain a professional and positive attitude when interacting with clients and colleagues. *Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and new technologies.

Qualifications:

*Proven experience in electrical work, with a focus on residential, commercial, or industrial projects. *Strong knowledge of electrical systems, wiring, and equipment. *Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical diagrams, and building codes. *Experience with AV systems (audio-visual wiring, installations, and troubleshooting) is highly preferred. *Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. *Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. *Valid [CT E2/E1] electrical license. *Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities. *A proactive and motivated mindset with a passion for quality craftsmanship and customer satisfaction. *Reliable transportation to and from the jobsite or shop. *Valid drivers license, clean background check, and must be able to pass a drug test.

Available shifts and compensation: Available shifts all days except Sundays and Saturdays. Compensation is $36.54 - $76.93/hour.
