Job Duties:

*Managing correspondence between owner and team when owner is away *Residential Customer Journey-Take PECS residential calls, schedule PM site visit, schedule job and assigned team to complete, keep customer updated through process *Communicating and scheduling clients, vendors & contractors *Scheduling of meetings *Arranging employee quarterly outings *Maintaining company apparel, and PPE inventory *Place orders at owners request *Business and personal errands as needed *Social media updates *Special projects as needed *Manage owner’s schedule *Scheduling travel and transportation *Create marketing posts for social media *Maintain company website and social media *Ensuring owner’s requests are carried out
Requirements:
*Ability to travel on occasion *Ability to go to after hours networking events *Valid driver’s license *Working vehicle and insurance *Must pass a background check *Must pass a drug screening *US citizen or work permit *Skills Required(Please do not apply if you do not have the skills required. Candidates that do not have these skill sets will not be considered.):

*Previous job experience as an administrative, personal or executive assistant *Excellent written and verbal communication skills *Highly Proficient in Google Apps. An extremely high understanding of Excel/Google Sheets is required.

*Previous experience in the construction field office *Adobe Photoshop *Adobe Illustrator
Experience:
- Administrative Assistant: 5 years

Pay: $55,000 - $65,000 Annually
Job Type: Full-Time 8:30AM-5:00PM Monday - Friday
