Peckar & Abramson, P.C. is seeking a highly skilled eDiscovery Project Manager to oversee the full eDiscovery lifecycle, including document collection, evidence management, data processing, review support, and production.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the full eDiscovery lifecycle.
- Process and load data using Relativity Desktop Client and other leading industry tools.
- Create, maintain, and manage workspaces, databases, and user access.
- Prepare electronic document productions.
- Maintain project documentation.
Technical Analysis and Support
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to eDiscovery tools and back-end databases.
- Monitor and communicate with Director regarding processing progress.
- Ensure high technical aptitude in eDiscovery applications.
- Handle encryption technologies and be familiar with forensic collection tools.
Project Management
- Manage multiple concurrent projects.
- Work a flexible schedule to accommodate client and project requirements.
