Travel
This role requires 100% travel by company vehicle throughout the region.
Work Environment/Physical Demands
This position works both indoor and outdoors. Heavy work that includes moving objects up to 50 lb. or more. This position works on or near moving mechanical parts and loud equipment. Requires the ability to sit or stand for long periods of time as well as lifting, pulling, bending, kneeling, squatting, climbing, walking, reaching, driving, and repetitive motion.

Essential Functions
- Safety always wins. Safely operate a Class A commercial vehicle with a tanker trailer to transport bulk cement.
- Protect family and friends. Load and unload materials, following all safety protocols and procedures.
- Dedication. Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and compliance with regulations.
- Committed to serve. Maintain accurate logs and documentation as required by DOT regulations and company policies.
- Respect and engage. Communicate effectively with dispatch, plant personnel, and customers.
- Focused. Adhere to all traffic laws, safety standards, and environmental regulations.
- Ownership and caring. Monitor vehicle performance and report any maintenance or repair needs promptly.
- Valid Class A License with tanker endorsement
- Experience working in the manufacturing/construction environment, preferred.
- Minimum 2 years driving experience with a clean driving record and strong safety history.
- Ability to operate and maintain equipment in a safe and efficient manner.
- High School Diploma or GED, preferred.
- Proficient verbal and written English
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends or overtime as needed.
- Legal right to work in the U.S.
