Job Description
This role involves rotating through various functional tracks within materials management, gaining hands-on experience and developing technical skills. Participants will work closely with personal mentors to develop their decision-making, communication, and leadership abilities.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent listening skills, ability to communicate effectively, and a well-organized approach to time management.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Minimum Associate's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or applicable field; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- GPA of 3.5 or above.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient user of Microsoft products, including Excel, Outlook, Teams, and Word.
- Strong problem-solving and adaptability skills.
- High degree of accuracy, thoroughness, and attention to detail.
- Licensed to work in the United States.
