Milling and Paving Supervisor

Responsibilities

1. Plan, coordinate, and supervise milling and paving activities to ensure adherence to project timelines and specifications.
2. Lead and mentor a team of operators, laborers, and subcontractors to foster a collaborative and productive work environment.
3. Conduct regular inspections and assessments of work performed to ensure compliance with engineering standards and quality expectations.
4. Enforce safety protocols and regulations, conducting safety meetings and training sessions to promote a culture of safety on-site.
5. Manage equipment, materials, and labor resources efficiently to optimize productivity and minimize downtime.
6. Act as the primary point of contact for clients, stakeholders, and project managers, providing updates on progress and addressing any concerns.
7. Identify and resolve issues that may arise during milling and paving operations, implementing corrective actions as needed.
8. Maintain accurate records of daily operations, including labor hours, material usage, and equipment maintenance.
