Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in civil engineering or a related field preferred.
- 3-5 years of experience in project management, specifically in road maintenance or chip seal projects.
- Strong knowledge of chip seal processes and materials.
- Excellent organizational, time management, leadership, communication and decision-making skills.
