Required Skills and Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED (preferred), punctuality and reliability, reliable transportation, proven experience as a welder/fabricator, familiarity with MIG, TIG, and stick welding, proficiency in reading blueprints, CAD designs, and using metalworking tools, strong understanding of safety protocols and best practices, ability to meet deadlines, and proficient verbal and written English.
