- Protecting Family & Friends:
- Follow all Company Safety Policies and Procedures as well as Mining Safety and Health Administration (MSHA) regulations and guidelines while supporting business activities, objectives, and programs.
- Respecting and Engaging:
- Follow Manager's instruction to monitor plant operations throughout the day.
- Tinkering:
- Help maintain, prepare, and stage materials, tools, and equipment for plant maintenance projects.
- Mastery:
- Perform daily workplace exams, and inspections of working areas.
- Climbing Ladders:
- Climb ladders and work at elevations while maintaining safe work practices.
- Communication:
- Communicate using two-way radios with other members of the team.
Requirements:
- Prior Experience:
- Prior MSHA training/experience preferred.
- Skill Requirements:
- Prior mechanical/maintenance experience preferred.
- Education:
- High School Diploma or GED, preferred.
- Languages:
- Proficient verbal and written English.
