Job Summary

The Chip Seal Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of chip seal projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety. This role requires strong leadership, technical knowledge, and excellent communication skills.

Essential Functions

• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines and resource allocation for chip seal projects.
• Lead and supervise project teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration among team members.
• Prepare regular status reports for stakeholders, outlining project progress and challenges.
• Identify and resolve issues that may arise during the project, making timely decisions to keep projects on track.
• Monitor the quality of work performed on site, ensuring compliance with industry standards and company policies.
