Job Summary: As a Strip Crew Member, you will be responsible for disassembling and pulling precast concrete pieces from casting forms each night. Your tasks may include removing tarps and curing blankets, disassembling formwork, operating overhead cranes and other tools, completing finishing details, and cleaning work areas.
Essential Functions:

1. Protect Family and Friends: Follow all Company Safety Policies and Procedures, as well as OSHA regulations. Maintain a clean and organized work area.
2. Integrity: Arrive on time, check-in with the Crew Leader, and maintain accurate records of your work.
3. Mastery: Properly care for and store materials, tools, and equipment. Disassemble precast concrete forms and operate cutting torches and saws.
4. Respect and Engage: Communicate clearly with coworkers and crew leaders to maintain a steady workflow.
5. Work-Life Rhythm: Inform the Crew Leader of any upcoming scheduled time off or appointments.

Requirements:

• Experience working in manufacturing/construction, preferred
• High School Diploma or GED, preferred
• Legal right to work in the U.S.
