We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Safety Intern. In this role, you will assist in developing and implementing safety protocols across various lines of business, working closely with our experienced Safety Team.
Responsibilities
* Review and update safety programs, LOTO procedures, and SDS online products inventory
* Collaborate with the Safety Team to create standard SOPs adaptable to specific locations
* Design electronic surveys and site-specific/hazard online training
* Gain experience in road construction, quarry, and plant field assessments
Requirements
* Current enrollment at an accredited college or university with a 3.0 or higher GPA
* Successful submission of our online application, including a cover letter, resume, and written recommendation
* Proficient written and verbal English communication skills
* Legal right to work in the U.S.
