The Procurement Supply Chain Coordinator will work closely with the Panasonic North America Commercial Organization to understand customer requirements for demand and production.
Job Summary
The Procurement Supply Chain Coordinator requires direct coordination with commercial sales and manufacturing departments to drive alignment on monthly and yearly finished good battery demand. This position reports to the Manager of Supply Chain Planning and involves helping deploy modern supply chain planning tools to optimize inventory and ensure digital investments return a positive ROI.
Main Responsibilities
- Collaborate with commercial sales and manufacturing departments to establish and execute demand planning processes
- Drive alignment with commercial organization on monthly and yearly finished good battery demand
- Help deploy modern supply chain planning tools to optimize inventory and ensure digital investments return a positive ROI
- Provide procurement and supply chain functional expertise to guide and advise management
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field
- 5 years working in Supply Chain with 5 years Supply/Demand Planning experience
- Sales / Sales Operations experience a plus
- ASCM/APICS, and/or PMP Certifications a plus
- Energy, Technology, Automotive, or Manufacturing industry experience
