We are seeking a highly motivated Production Improvement Coach to join our team at PECNA Panasonic Energy Corporation of North America. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for coaching and mentoring production staff to improve efficiency and productivity.
Key Responsibilities
- Coach and mentor production staff to improve efficiency and productivity
- Identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address them
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that improvements align with organizational goals and objectives
- Communicate effectively with production staff, providing guidance and support as needed
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. Operations Management, Supply Chain Management) or equivalent work experience
- At least 5 years of extensive experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in a coaching or leadership role
- Demonstrated expertise in process improvement methodologies, including Lean and Six Sigma
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to travel for training, as needed
