- Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement tools
- Strong analytical and computer skills (Excel, data visualization, etc.)
- Comfortable speaking with both floor-level employees and leadership
- Willingness to learn, grow, and take ownership of small projects with guidance
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Alignment with our company values: Safety, Teamwork, Mutual Respect, Accountability, and Honesty
Work Environment & Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to walk and stand for extended periods
- Work takes place in a range of environments including damp and cold areas
Other Details:
- Some travel may be required (as directed by the Plant or Corporate Manager)
We welcome candidates who are early in their continuous improvement journey but eager to learn and make a difference. If you’re ready to roll up your sleeves and help us get better every day, we’d love to hear from you.
