Hatchery Sanitation - 

Shift start times:

Monday and Friday we start at 1pm

Friday and Saturday we start at 11 am

For this position they will need to be here an hour earlier to set up the Embrex machine

 

Responsibilities:

  • Set up the Embrex machine
  • Load racks into the unloader and ensure they are feed though correctly
  • Preform Quality Control on the Embrex machine after every 12 racks
  • Load sanitizer in the machine after every 24 racks
  • Run a clean cycle on the Embrex Machine
  • Then clean the Embrex Machine
