What are the responsibilities and job description for the LEG DEBONE - 3rd shift position at Peco Foods?
Stand on a conveyor line and make the cut removing all meat from leg bone.
Pick up a whole leg one at a time and place leg on moving shackle
Comply with written plant policies
Be constantly safety minded
Maintain the highest possible level of personal hygiene and cleanliness in accordance with plant GMP policies
Physically inspect products for both natural occurring and processing defects.
Identify and report any suspicious or abnormal situations to immediate supervisor or plant management official.
Be able to stand 100% of the workday, constantly grip knife, & work in a constantly damp, cool (less than 45 degree F) environment.
Have good hand/eye coordination with repetitive motions.
