Phillips Edison's operating platform provides retail services including acquisition, redevelopment, leasing and management of grocery-anchored retail centers.
What you'll do :
- Implement digital asset management strategy.
- Manage and maintain the corporate photography and video library, ensuring all assets are organized, tagged and easily accessible.
- Maintain and update the digital asset management system.
- Monitor and report on the usage and performance of digital assets.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to digital asset management.
- Capture and edit high-quality photographs and videos for social media, company publications, and other digital platforms.
- Support the Senior Marketing Manager in the creation of visual content for various marketing materials.
- Collaborate with the marketing team and internal departments to understand their graphic design needs and deliver high-quality visuals.
- Ensure all visual content adheres to brand guidelines and maintains a consistent look and feel.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in photography, videography, and digital content creation.
- Manage multiple projects, meeting deadlines and ensuring attention to detail.
