Phillips Edison's operating platform provides retail services including acquisition, redevelopment, leasing and management of grocery-anchored retail centers.
What you'll do :
The Marketing Intern will work directly with the Senior Marketing & Graphic Design Specialist and other Marketing & Communications team members. You will be a contributing member of a small, powerful team that serves as the company's in-house creative agency and gain exposure to the exciting world of commercial real estate.
- Assist in identifying, planning, and implementing new communications, marketing, and promotional campaign strategies
- Create and curate content for the company's social media sites
- Conduct data analysis for social media performance and email campaign performance
- Work on digital media and web projects including but not limited to SEO, Facebook Marketing, and Google ads that support the sales team's efforts to sign new tenants
- Additional duties as assigned

Please note that interns are responsible for their own transportation to and from the workplace, located at 11501 Northlake Drive, Cincinnati, OH 45249. We do not provide transportation services or reimbursements for travel expenses related to an intern's daily commute.
