Primary Responsibilities:
- Meet with clients in our showroom and conduct in-home consultations.
- Build strong relationships, identify client needs, and guide them through the design process.
- Use 2020 Design software to create customized kitchen layouts (training provided if needed).
- Generate new business with the support of Peconic Kitchen & Bath‘s superior products and services, emphasizing the value of our high-quality materials and craftsmanship.
- Close sales confidently, meet revenue goals, and contribute to the company’s growth.
- Follow up with leads and maintain client relationships for future projects.

Qualifications:
- Sales experience required (kitchen and bath industry preferred but not mandatory).
- Design experience and proficiency in 2020 Design software is preferred, but we’re willing to train the right candidate.
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
- Valid NYS Driver’s License and reliable transportation (required for in-home consultations).
- Authorized to work in the United States.
