Job Description:
Pecos Valley Counseling is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) to join our behavioral health team. The LMSW will provide individual and group therapy sessions, oversee day-to-day operations, and act as the office director.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct individual and group therapy sessions.
- Supervise and manage daily operations of the practice.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure quality care.
- Adhere to ethical and legal guidelines in all client interactions.
Qualifications:
- Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) certification.
- Strong skills in therapeutic communication and client-centered care.
- Experience in a behavioral health setting preferred.
