Are you a dynamic retail leader passionate about cannabis and a proven track record of driving exceptional results across multiple locations? As the PVP Regional Manager, you'll take ownership of multiple stores, leading your teams to deliver unforgettable customer experiences, driving sales and profitability, and fostering a positive and collaborative work environment across your region.

The story of PVP is one of formidable transitions from the idyllic pastures of Pecos Valley to the frontier of cannabis cultivation and retail.

It all began with Gerry Greathouse and his venture into dairy farming. He believed in running a vertically integrated cow-to-customer milk operation driven by a non-negotiable focus on quality and sustainability. The bedrock of our dairy achievement has always been an unwavering dedication, an ability to overcome challenges, and a commitment to dynamically evolve our practices concerning both crop cultivation and animal care. These principles fueled our daily dairy triumph.
