Do you have Bindery experience? Are you looking for the next step in your career? Then Peczuh Printing wants you to join our crew! Peczuh Printing (pronounced “PZ” printing) is looking for a full-time Bindery Operator to start asap!
Note that the shift hours for this position are approximately 3:30 pm – 1 am with OT as needed.
What Your Day-To-Day Will Look Like (Duties and Responsibilities):
Manual Functions -
- Punch holes
- Crease and compress signatures
- Fill machine paper feeds
- Catch and feed equipment
- Prepare, label and fill cartons
- Various handwork tasks
Production Management -
- Ensure setup specifications align with work tickets
- Carefully inspect each product for defects or imperfections
- Attentively monitor safety, quality, output and productivity
Other -
- Keep equipment and workstation areas clean and free from debris
- Carefully follow all safety regulations and procedures as outlined
What You’ll Need To Succeed (Required):
- Experience with at least one of the following machines: Polar Cutter, MBO Folder and/or Stitcher
- Able to listen, understand and follow both verbal and written instructions
- Good attention to detail
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time
- Can lift up to 35 lbs

The Environment Looks Like:
This job operates in a production environment, meaning the employee regularly works near moving equipment. The noise level in the work environment is usually loud. Employees in this position may be advised or required to utilize personal protective equipment including but not limited to ear protection, eye protection, lifting equipment and protective smocks.
