Key Responsibilities
- Oversee Maintenance, Facilities, Setup, and CNC departments, along with multiple company buildings.
- Lead the management and professional development of staff to foster growth and engagement.
- Direct plant engineering activities, including site planning, automation, capital projects, and equipment validation.
- Manage external engineering vendors and contractors to ensure timely and cost-effective project completion.
- Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs and key performance indicators (KPIs) to enhance equipment performance.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards (cGMP, FDA, OSHA, EPA) through efficient design and maintenance practices.
- Administer budgets for engineering and capital projects, maintaining alignment with company objectives.
- Collaborate on contract negotiations, ensuring terms align with organizational interests.
- Drive initiatives like the Value Improvement Program (VIP) and Cost Improvement Program (CIP).
