In this dynamic and hands-on role, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day production results, leading and participating in engineering projects, and designing efficient manufacturing processes. You will also mentor junior engineers, troubleshoot complex problems, and contribute to process improvement initiatives within the plant.
As a Process / Project Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in driving operational excellence and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee day-to-day production results, ensuring that processes run efficiently, safely, and meet quality standards.
- Lead and participate in process improvement and project initiatives to enhance manufacturing performance.
- Contribute to the design, development, and optimization of processes for moderately complex engineering projects or parts of larger projects.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless production flow and resolve technical issues.
- Mentor junior engineers, providing guidance in technical matters and assisting with professional development.
- Prepare engineering reports, cost estimates, proposals, and process transmittals to communicate findings, conclusions, and recommendations.
- Contribute ideas to enhance safety, reduce costs, and improve manufacturing techniques, both for specific projects and broader operational processes.
- Provide technical supervision and guidance to process operators, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and best practices.
- Troubleshoot process issues, identify root causes, and recommend corrective actions to improve productivity and efficiency.
- Assist entry-level professionals in both procedural and technical matters.
- Work cross-functionally with internal teams and external stakeholders to drive successful project outcomes.
