What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance Supervisor - The Greens on 5th position at Pedcor Homes?
We are seeking a customer-service individual with an upbeat, positive and "can do" attitude. Strong organizational and communicative skills. General responsibilities include fulfilling service requests; apartment punch; grounds, curb appeal; debris removal; general plumbing; pool maintenance; electrical; drywall repair; appliance repair; and painting. Maintain maintenance shop in safe and orderly manner and record keeping of inventory. Ability to work Monday to Friday. On-call responsibility is required. Some weekend availability is required. May have to work some holidays. Must have valid Driver's License, reliable transportation and car insurance. Previous apartment maintenance and supervisory experience are required. The Ideal candidates will have a minimum of two years' experience in the Apartment industry as well as a minimum of one year experience as a Maintenance Supervisor. HVAC certification is preferred, CPO preferred. Must understand and uphold Fair Housing Laws.
Requirements:
- To minimize the expenses of the property through effective maintenance and preventative maintenance programs.
- To train, direct, supervise and motivate the personnel which reports to the Maintenance Supervisor.
- To provide safe, comfortable and well-maintained housing to the residents and to the community.
