What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance Technician - Allegro on Bell position at Pedcor Homes?
We have an immediate opening for Apartment Maintenance Technician. We are seeking a customer-service oriented individual with a high level of professionalism; upbeat; positive; "can do" and team player attitude; and with an attention to detail. General responsibilities include fulfilling service requests; apartment grounds; apartment punch; make readies; drywall repair; painting; general plumbing; and general electrical. Excellent communication skills are needed with ability to remain professional under pressure. Ability to work Monday to Friday 8 AM to 5 PM. Shared on-call responsibility is required. Weekend availability is also required. Must have valid Driver's License, reliable transportation and car insurance. Three or more years' previous apartment maintenance experience required. HVAC experiences preferred. HVAC and CPO certifications are a plus, but not required.
